This Trial is supplied only for "hands on" assessment of DAD. It is not suitable for use on real project work. DAD is a professional tool only suitable for persons with some electrical engineering experience.
The Trial CD contains:
- Installation instructions. It is vital that you consult these when you are installing DADi.
- The necessary software for the DADi environment (including Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition). There is an automatic check to see if any of this supplementary software is required on your PC and automatic prompts to step you through their installation.
- Copy of DADi valid for 60 days from the time of loading. If you pass the CD on to another person they too can load a 60 day trial.
- The DADi user manual.
- A set of instructional videos. These show the DADi screens as various tasks are performed in real time. Note that these have a english language narration which you must listen to explain the actions you are seeing.
- A set of Application Notes showing you how you perform a range of engineering task with DADi.
- Four example models - C&I, Motor Control, ICT and Power Distribution. These have a range of object data and published drawings to assist you in getting started.
