DAD is based on Microsoft SQL Server and the .NET Framework.

DAD v8.2 comes in two packages. Each package has the full range of functions.

The ultimate size of the model is unlimited. However there are practical considerations on the size of the data tables so we advise you to keep the size to less than 500,000 components. (To give you an idea how big - we have a world scale refinery model with only 200,000 components.)

DADⁱ is our entry-level product intended for single users working alone on a small project. DADⁱ can also be used by a larger organisation for a commercial trial of DAD.

DADⁿ is our full-scale product intended for teams of (two or more) users.
